Pete O’Sullivan
Pete retired from the Chemours Company in 2022 following 38+ years of service with DuPont and Chemours. Pete’s experience includes senior leadership positions in global sales and marketing and human resources. In his last assignment he ran Culture and Talent which included culture advancement, talent management, performance management and leadership development. He is now working part time as a Sr. Advisor with McKinsey and Company in the McKinsey Transformation group focused on driving improvements in business results for clients.
Pete graduated from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership in January 2023 with a certificate in Executive Coaching. He founded Nautilus Executive Coaching and Consulting which focuses on enabling individual leaders to achieve full potential.
Pete is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and is certified in the use of the Leadership Circle Profile, a powerful diagnostic that helps direct leadership improvement efforts that drive better results.
